Using Technology with Students with Special Needs as a Tool for Education and Communication, and Integration of Technological Aids as a Pedagogical Oxygen for Education Teams During COVID-19
Join us for a discussion about lessons learned after coping with teaching children with special needs during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the importance of providing digital tools and technological training to educators worldwide. During the event we will present data from a Bar-Ilan University study conducted in the midst of the pandemic among teachers who had received the Digital Toolbox from Athena Fund. We will also hear first-hand testimonies, pointing to the potential hidden in technological tools to empower persons with disabilities and the pedagogical teams accompanying them.

We have gathered together speakers from around the world to talk about the challenges COVID-19 had brought for persons with diabilities and the solutions modern technlogoy has been able to provide in order to ensure inclusivenes and continuance of the right to education.
